The hotel offered individual rooms at a great price, and everything was spotlessly clean. The rooms themselves were spacious and beautifully decorated. I was also pleased with the hotel's location, as it was conveniently situated near numerous restaurants and shops. Free parking and strong wifi were added bonuses. Additionally, the hotel offered a variety of external activities, such as hot air balloon rides and horse riding, all at the best prices with trusted companies.

My second stay at Grand Cappadocia was even better than the first! the hospitality provided by the front staff and owner Ahmet was exceptional. the location offered stunning views from the terrace, and the stone rooms were beautifully decorated. the half board option exceeded our expectations with its delicious cuisine. Ahmet also helped us find the best carpet store, where we purchased two stunning carpets. Thank you Ahmet for making our experience unforgettable!

The Wi-Fi was not fast and was challenging to access in our room, causing inconvenience. Our room had no windows, except for the bathroom, and there was no ventilation system, which made the room feel stuffy.

The hotel is situated in a prime location right in the center but in a quiet area, surrounded by many restaurants and close to the market. The staff at the hotel were amazing, making us feel like special guests and attending to all our needs. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The breakfast had a good variety of options and was satisfying. The hotel also had a top terrace with breathtaking views of the landscape.

Some noise from the surrounding streets could be heard in the rooms facing the main street, which may disrupt the sleep of light sleepers.

The buffet breakfast was impressive, offering a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. We were also pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel, as the towels were changed daily and the beds were made daily as well. we had a fantastic experience at Grand Cappadocia and would highly recommend it to others.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Grand Cappadocia Hotel. the location was perfect, just a minute walk from the main street with restaurants and shops. the staff, especially the gentlemen at the reception desk, were incredibly kind and helpful. Our room had a jacuzzi and we were provided with two complimentary bottles of water every day. the terrace had a great view and there was even a cute cat that lived in the hotel. a fantastic experience that we would highly recommend to others visiting Cappadocia in winter.

For my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the fantastic view of the balloons in the morning from the breakfast terrace. It was such a magical experience to wake up to. The staff at this hotel were outstanding, friendly, and extremely hospitable. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. the location of the hotel couldn't have been better. It was conveniently close to restaurants and other attractions, making it easy to explore the area.

That the hotel did not have a prepared tea or coffee available in the reception area. It would have been great to grab a cup of hot beverage upon arrival or during our stay.

The staff were really nice and friendly, always willing to help. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect, close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. It was really convenient to just walk around and explore.
