The facilities were unbelievable, with a complimentary upgrade and plenty of sun chairs by the pool. The staff were attentive and regularly topped up drinks. The rooms were spacious and the staff went out of their way to ensure our happiness. The highlight was the amazing Thai food, the best we've had anywhere. it was one of the best 5-star resorts we've ever stayed at.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Koh Samui. The rooms were amazing and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel facilities, including the pool and spa, were top-notch. The staff provided great service and were always trying to help. The location of the hotel was also convenient, being on a peninsula near the reef and not far from the airport.

The view from the infinity pool was breathtaking and the staff were friendly and attentive. the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. Furthermore, the shuttle service provided was efficient and made it easy to get around the property.

The beach had coarse sand and was not suitable for swimming due to the rocks in the water. Additionally, the free shuttle service to the main town was limited in terms of drop off and return times, and often dropped guests off at a shopping mall instead of the main tourist area.

The Ritz-Carlton, Koh Samui truly exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly and helpful, the ultimate pool villa upgrade was amazing, and the spacious rooms offered stunning views. The breakfast selection was excellent and the resort had great amenities, including a gym with beautiful views, air-conditioned sun beds by the pool, and a personal shuttle service. The attention to detail throughout the resort was remarkable, and the Thai restaurant was particularly enjoyable.
