The location was perfect, right on the outskirts of the tourist area. The staff provided excellent service, from the room service to the housekeeping. I also enjoyed the welcome drink and the assistance with tours and tickets. The amenities in the room were impressive, with air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel's swimming pool was a great place to relax and the outdoor terrace provided beautiful views.

The room was beautiful, and the facilities were great. the pool was a highlight, and it was a bonus that there were evening movies to enjoy. the staff were very friendly and helpful, and one of the best things about the stay was the yummy food we had in the on-site restaurant. the location was convenient, especially with lots of local restaurants nearby.

The late housekeeping, which came as late as 4:48 pm. It would have been more helpful if the staff could clean the rooms earlier so that guests can come back to a clean room.

That the toilet in our room had an issue with flushing in the mornings, requiring us to inform the reception each day.

Great value for money with comfortable and clean rooms. The hotel is conveniently located in an old neighborhood with plenty of good restaurants and street food. The staff, especially Mike, were amazing and organized our tours perfectly.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with more appealing options.

We had an issue with the AC at night, but the reception quickly changed our room for the night. The next day, we tried to confirm if it was fixed, but didn't receive any response. However, when we came back, the AC was operational again. The staff was helpful in resolving the issue, but better communication would have been appreciated. Despite this, the hotel had a great location and was very nice overall.
