The room was exactly as advertised and even more comfortable than I expected. The staff was well-trained and did an amazing job taking care of all my needs. I especially loved the complimentary afternoon tea and the wonderful breakfast. The location was secluded and surrounded by beautiful hills, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. I had an excellent experience at The Series Resort Khaoyai.

Stayed here over the long weekend with friends. What a gem. The 4-month-old property is small but very well equipped, with a fully equipped gym, lovely saltwater pool, massage, and modern gadgets in the room. The surroundings are beautiful, with the natural sounds and sights of butterflies all around. The staff were lovely, very helpful and wanting to be of service. The small things like afternoon teas and little notes in the room were nice touches. The kitchen serves up meals all day long and the food is quite good. No need to go out if you just want to relax and unwind.
