The room was very clean and spacious, with a nice balcony to relax on. The bed was big and very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The pool was also a great feature, offering a stunning view of the sea.

The location of the hotel was not ideal. It was quite far from the beach, making it difficult to walk, especially for those who are not athletic or elderly.

The view was great and beds were super comfortable. Room cleaning was efficient and air conditioner was quiet. It was also nice to have a swimming pool with beautiful blue lights and chill music. The beach was clean and the water at perfect temperature.

The staff's English skills were subpar which made communication difficult. The steep hill made it almost impossible to walk back to the hotel from the beach, and the transport service was not frequently available.

The resort offers a strong tornado flush in the toilet bowl, ensuring cleanliness. The room is spacious and clean with a big, comfortable bed. Basic toiletries such as shower cap, shampoo, shower gel, and conditioner are provided, and they have a pleasant lemongrass scent. The resort is within walking distance to Kata beach. They also go the extra mile to make special arrangements for wedding anniversary decorations. As a family with kids, we appreciated the amazing pool and great 24h gym facilities at the resort. The staff were friendly and attentive. The resort also has a Let's Relax Spa, so there's no need to venture outside to find a massage place.

Additionally, the on-site restaurant serves delicious meals, adding to the convenience of staying at this resort.

The service is excellent with efficient cleaning and lovely turn-down service. The hotel is well-maintained, with a spectacular swimming pool and a convenient shuttle to the beach.

We had an amazing stay at a resort in Kata Beach. The bed was comfortable and the view of the garden from our room was lovely. We enjoyed the romantic atmosphere at the cocktail bar upstairs, where we watched the sunset and listened to live music. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The luxurious amenities provided at this hotel were outstanding. The Spa and wellness centre was a great way to relax while the swimming pool provided a refreshing escape from the Thai heat. An outdoor swimming pool was just a few steps away from the garden area with sun loungers and beach umbrellas. The restaurant had delicious food with buffet breakfast options and a poolside snack bar fully stocked with drinks made from an espresso machine. The private facilities, exclusively offered, made my stay more comfortable.

One minor issue I encountered at this venue was the noise. The sound proofing in the rooms could have been improved as noises inside and outside of the hotel room were audible.
