The hotel's location is conveniently close to the ferry and the beach. The sandy beach and beautiful views are a wonderful plus. The rooms are big and luxurious with excellent room service and a very clean bathroom. The breakfast menu is good with plenty of options and the gym is also accessible to guests.

The pool outside the room was perfect for both relaxation and fun, especially for the kids. The breakfast was simple but satisfying. The view overlooking the bay from the restaurant was breathtaking. I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Tide and would recommend it.

There was nothing I didn't like.

We had an amazing stay here. the luxurious amenities and exclusive services were outstanding. the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace with a breathtaking view made our stay memorable. the room advantages were exceptional, from the comfortable bed to the private facilities. the restaurant and snack bar offered a variety of delicious dishes. the staff provided unparalleled service that exceeded our expectations.

The location was a bit far from the main attractions, but the hotel provided convenient transportation options. our experience at this hotel was exceptional and we highly recommend it for a luxurious and memorable vacation.

During my Christmas vacation, the hotel offered complimentary water bottles and a small fruit basket upon arrival. the hotel was located near the beach which provided a scenic view. Parking was also available which helped a lot.

The staff were not welcoming or friendly. the room was not cleaned properly and there was a scam with the taxi service they offered.

The database facilities at this hotel were exactly as expected - splendidly finished and spotlessly clean. The large pool, accessible from some rooms, was a nice touch. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful. We loved being able to walk directly from our room into the pool and found the beds super comfy compared to other hotels we stayed at in Thailand. The overall decor of the hotel is lovely.

The location of the hotel is a bit far from Old Phuket Town and other attractions in Phuket. You will need to take a taxi or rent a scooter to get around. However, there is a Starbucks nearby with great views, where you can enjoy a cup of coffee while taking in the scenery. The hotel is also close to some restaurants, so you won't have to go far to find a good meal.

The communication with the staff at reception can be improved. Some guests had issues with their requests not being properly actioned, such as extending the checkout time or canceling a taxi.

As low-budget travellers, we loved the spacious and well-equipped rooms at Hotel Tide Phuket. The beautiful pool area and the bar/restaurant "Green Bar" across the street were great hangout spots. Since we had our scooter, getting around was convenient and easy. The location was perfect for visiting Phuket town and exploring the night markets.

we had a fantastic stay at tide beachfront! the beds were super comfortable, and the pool and the view from there were absolutely amazing. the room was spacious and we loved the design of the hotel, especially the balcony that made us feel connected to our surroundings. the staff were all very friendly and polite, and the restaurant served delicious food. the hotel amenities like the gym and the beachside view were also great, and it was easy to book trips and taxis through the hotel. overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend and return.

Great hotel for certain types of trips. Very far from all the action in Phuket. However, this worked perfectly for us as it is very close to both the James Bond island tour pier and ferry to Phi Phi. Brilliant room - pool right outside. Basic gym on-site. Incredible view from restaurant terrace overlooking the sea. Room had access to the pool which was great. Staff made up the room with Mr & Mrs cushions and fairy lights for our honeymoon. Highly recommended Green Bar across the road. Good AC.

A perfect location for exploring the nearby pier, with easy access and a short distance to restaurants, shops, and massage parlors. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and boast incredible views of the sea from the large balconies. The hotel pool is also a highlight, with a perfect 1.4m depth for a refreshing swim. The restaurant offers an amazing selection of delicious food at reasonable prices, making dining here a delight. On top of that, the staff is helpful and there are plenty of amenities to enhance your stay.
