Incredible private beach, spacious room with private pool and jacuzzi, friendly and helpful staff, plentiful and varied breakfast, simple yet effective spa, beautiful vegetation throughout the property.

We recently stayed at Garrya Tongsai Bay for 7 nights with our family and it was an absolutely beautiful and peaceful hotel. The staff were amazing, making us feel like returning guests with personalized service. The food was outstanding, some of the best we've had in our extensive travels. The buggy service was incredibly quick, and the hotel transfer service was excellent. Safety was top-notch, especially for children. The room service was prompt and efficient, and the Monday evening musicians were first class. The swimming pool staff were attentive and friendly. we were pleasantly surprised and extremely happy with our stay at Garrya.

The location of the hotel is perfect for a backpacker looking to relax on a tropical island. The hotel is tucked away from stores and outside restaurants, but taxis are easily accessible and reasonably priced. there are beautiful beaches and pools available for guests to enjoy. One guest mentioned that the beach is only used by Tongsai Bay guests, providing a tranquil experience. Another guest mentioned the availability of a half moon pool for adults only, perfect for those seeking a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are well-furnished, with comfortable beds and amazing views. The staff provide excellent customer service, making guests feel welcome and valued. The breakfast options are extensive, with a wide variety of Asian and European dishes to choose from. The hotel also offers facilities such as a spa and restaurants, where guests can indulge and relax.

One guest mentioned that the power went out one night, causing a disruption to their sleep. Though they were compensated with a free beach bag, it may have been more appropriate to receive a discount or refund for the night.

Paradise-like atmosphere, exceptional hospitality, romantic and luxurious stay, excellent coffee, attentive staff, little extras in the rooms.

The view of the bay was absolutely stunning and created a peaceful ambience. Another great aspect was the warm and personal service provided by the staff. They made us feel right at home and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Lastly, the cleanliness and well-maintained condition of the hotel exceeded our expectations.

The breakfast options were not up to par, leaving us disappointed. The limited selection and quality of the food did not meet our expectations.

During our Christmas vacation, we enjoyed the beautiful scenery and relaxing atmosphere. The staff was also very accommodating and always had a smile on their face. We particularly enjoyed the variety of sea activities offered and the spa services available, which allowed us to fully relax and take in the serene surroundings. the private balconies provided a great escape for those looking for some peace and quiet.

The walk to some areas of the resort, such as the restaurant, can be quite hilly and tiresome, so it may not be ideal for those with mobility issues. , the food selection could use some more variety, with simple meals such as fries or pasta missing from the menu.

The luxurious amenities here are exquisite, fulfilling all my exclusive needs for a relaxing vacation. The private facilities are second to none, with the outdoor swimming pool, sun terrace, and garden area providing a tranquil escape. The restaurant served delicious meals, including the special diet menus. The impeccable service of the staff was exceptional, tending to my every need with a smile.

The location was stunning, but it was not close to anything else, needing a taxi to visit other places in the evening. It would be great if the hotel offered a shuttle bus to make it easier for guests.
