the breakfast area was ridiculously cramped, with only 35 tables for hundreds of guests, almost as if they woudl ve been expecting a few hundred more. I also almost had to carry my luggage down myself due to elevator delays. I'd expected a complimentary upgrade for my troubles, but I suppose that would be too much to ask.

Elevators are an absolute hassle!!! Prepare for lengthy waits, especially during check-in and check-out times. The room layout is awkward, with a double bed pushed against a wall. A better bathtub drainage system would be appreciated!!!

hampton inn is in a perfect location, just a stone's throw from times square. the free coffee, tea, or water with lemon in the lobby was a nice touch! the hotel was super clean, and the spacious fitness center was a great amenity for my family.
