The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. They were always willing to help, even when we had issues with our rooms. The location of the hotel was great, as it was conveniently located near the skytrain station. This allowed us to easily explore the city and avoid taking taxis. Additionally, the free tuktuk service provided by the hotel to the airport train was a big bonus. It saved us time and money.

There were a few issues with the rooms that we stayed in. Some lights didn't work, the TV had no channels, and the safes were broken.

The location of this hotel is quite convenient. It's situated in an area with plenty of shops and restaurants around, which makes it easy to have access to anything one might need. Moreover, it’s a quick ride to the airport using the Skytrain, which is next to the station. The room and bathroom were very clean and decently sized. The staff was nice and professional, making the check-in process hassle-free.

The promised shuttle service was not that reliable, causing some inconveniences during the stay.

This hotel is a great value for money with basic amenities, cozy rooms, and a well-equipped fitness room. The location is unbeatable with the airport rail link station right next door. The staff was attentive and friendly. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was okay and I didn't have any major complaints.

The hotel provided free shuttle service to the nearby Airport Link train station, which was very convenient. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The receptionist gave me great recommendations for local restaurants, which I really enjoyed. I had a pleasant stay at Top High Airport Link and would recommend it to others.

It was convenient being close to the airport link for our return flight. the hotel even offered a free pick-up/drop off service, which was a big plus. the on-site restaurant was convenient for tired evenings. the rooftop pool was a nice addition and we enjoyed a morning swim before our flight. a comfortable stay with helpful and kind staff.

We really appreciated the free Tuk Tuk service to the nearby market and train station as it made getting around much easier. the staff were very friendly and helpful in providing directions to local attractions. the breakfast selection was quite decent with a variety of options to choose from.

That the room was a bit small for two people and we had some issues with cleanliness, particularly with the towels.

As a tourist, I really enjoyed the friendly staff, especially the housekeeper. The room was cleaned every day and the toilet had no unpleasant odor. It was a convenient location, only a 5-minute walk to the nearest 711 and 10 minutes to the vibrant Pratunam market and BTS station. What's more, the hotel offered a complimentary TukTuk ride to the BTS Phayathai station, making transportation a breeze.
