The stay at this hotel was mind-blowing. It's super cozy and perfect for families with kids. The staff were so friendly and always ready to help. The location was just jaw-dropping, so convenient! The rooms were very spacious and the bathroom was huge. The breakfast had an amazing variety of meats, pastries, and other delicious items. The CHU restaurant had the tastiest food ever and the service was top-notch. The hotel rooms were clean and the ensuite bathrooms were impeccable. The view from the room didn't matter to me as I mainly used it for sleep. The 20% discount on food and 10% on drinks for hotel guests was a great bonus. I loved the on-site bar/lounge area and the restaurant. The fitness studio was fantastic and the outdoor swimming pool was a great way to relax. The spa & wellness center was also a nice touch. The laundry service was convenient and the flat-screen TV in the room was a nice entertainment option. The lift made it easy to move around and the kitchenette with a microwave, refrigerator, and electric kettle was a bonus. The availability of tennis was an added plus. It was great that the hotel is a non-smoking property and doesn't allow pets. highly recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel offers a variety of original DVDs for rent, free of charge, at the front desk. Great location near Patpong Market, MRT & BTS. Excellent market in the alley on the way to Silom. Fastest checkout ever! Staff knew exactly what to do, key returned, luggage taken care of, and deposit refunded in just 60 seconds. Conveniently located 7/11 nearby. There is a very good restaurant called Local Canteen just around the corner.

I had a great stay at Trinity Silom, the bed was very comfortable and the room size was just right. The location was perfect, close to public transportation and easy to get around. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The gym and pool facilities were nice and well-maintained. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Plus, being close to the transportation options made it easy to explore all the sights and sounds of the city.

There were a few issues that made our stay a bit less enjoyable. the shower was missing a door, which led to a bit of a mess in the bathroom.

The value for our money at Trinity Silom was great, with huge and comfortable beds and a swimming pool with an awesome view. The location was perfect, centrally located yet quiet, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

As a disabled traveler, I found the hotel to be extremely accessible with ramps and elevators available. The staff were also very accommodating and helpful, making my stay comfortable and worry-free.

I felt very happy with my stay, and had no complaints whatsoever.
