The Brimstone Spa, in particular, was a highlight with its excellent facilities and an outdoor pool with a cozy log fire. The hotel's proximity to Grasmere and Ambleside made it convenient for exploring the area and enjoying scenic walks. we highly recommend this hotel for a rejuvenating and enjoyable stay.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was absolutely stunning, nestled in a breathtakingly beautiful valley, surrounded by a wooded area. We were able to find everything easily on the estate, from the dining restaurant to the bar/lounge area. The staff here are always attentive and provide excellent service. The room amenities, including ironing facilities, heating, and tea and coffee facilities, were top-notch. We loved sitting out on the terrace with the garden furniture, enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. The free toiletries and electric kettle in the room were a nice touch. The flat-screen TV in our room was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. the service, location, and room amenities made our stay here truly luxurious and comfortable.

During our stay at Langdale Hotel & Spa, we thoroughly enjoyed the great location and the beautiful walks that were easily accessible from the hotel. The directions provided by reception were spot-on, leading us to picturesque routes. We also appreciated the delicious breakfast and the attentive waiting staff at the terrace restaurant. The cleanliness of the pool and the excellent facilities were an added bonus.

Although we had a minor issue with the availability of electric car charging points due to non-electric vehicles blocking them, the guest services team was responsive and attempted to address the problem. However, we were disappointed that some staff members in the restaurant seemed less enthusiastic about accommodating toddlers.

As a tourist, I couldn't have asked for a better place to relax and unwind. The room itself was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The staff at the hotel went above and beyond to ensure that all our needs were met. Although it may be a bit pricey, it is definitely worth it for a special occasion. Additionally, there are wonderful hiking trails nearby for those seeking a challenge. an excellent experience.

The bonus of a reading room where complimentary drinks and nibbles are provided adds a special touch. The location is perfect for walkers and feels more like a resort than a hotel.
