The location of the hotel is great, with easy access to kim yong market and other main streets. The room and bathroom are clean and well-kept, providing all the basic amenities such as complimentary water, mini bar fridge, and electronic safe. The staff is friendly and helpful, offering directions and even calling a Grab for guests. The breakfast may be simple, but it includes tasty croissants and jam. it is a good value-for-money accommodation.

Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the hotel, even on the balcony.

Convenient location near transport. Helpful staff, fast check-in. Sober but good breakfast. Lots of local food options nearby. Wifi with secure access. Transport to Koh Lipeh available. Effort to set higher standard.

The housekeepers were great, always keeping the place spotless! Lovely coffee station in the lobby too. The local food stall in front was a great late-night stop when returning from tours or bar crawls. The location was convenient for those driving, with a carpark space available.

The hotel was quite far from the main market and other amenities, not suitable for those who enjoy walking. Tuk-tuks couldn't locate the hotel as it wasn't located on the main road.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the city center. The attention to detail is impressive, with comfortable rooms and a friendly staff. The location is perfect, slightly out of the crowds but still very near to the city center. Plus, having breakfast included is a great added bonus.

No major issues, all was perfect during our stay.

My recent stay at U Hatyai was absolutely wonderful. The room was cozy and comfortable, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and delicious food options. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that my needs were met throughout my stay. The little touches, like the 2 different lightings in the bathroom and the snacks at the lift area, added an extra level of thoughtfulness. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning in the future. I had a fantastic experience at U Hatyai.
