I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless, with a modern and clean layout. The view from the swimming pool was absolutely breathtaking, overlooking the ocean. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide range of delicious choices. The staff were not only friendly, but also very professional and helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

U Jomtien Pattaya offers a peaceful escape from the bustling city. The hotel is located away from the busy streets and provides a serene environment in the morning. The facilities are top-notch, including a rooftop infinity pool with comfortable recliners and great towels. The hotel is conveniently located near a car park, making it easy to access for guests with their own vehicles.

This hotel is in the perfect location, right next to Jomtien beach and very close to our favorite seafood restaurant. The room was amazing, with a big shower and good water pressure. The 24-hour check-in and out made our stay stress-free. We loved the breakfast "Anytime-Anywhere" option, and the energetic vibe of the hotel added to our enjoyment. The pool, although small, offered a magnificent view of the sunset. The gym being open 24 hours was a definite plus.

The car park is too small, forcing us to park outside and risk our vehicle's safety.

The hotel offered two lovely complementary services during our stay that added an extra touch of luxury to our holiday. the location was also ideal, with convenient access to local amenities. the hotel provided a beautiful view of the infinity pool, which was perfect for relaxation.

Our experience was affected by the small room size and lack of service orientation from some of the staff. We also had trouble with the refund process and experienced difficulty in communicating with the hotel regarding our concerns.

The staff was amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, with great room service, car and bike rentals, laundry and more. We loved spending time in the leisure areas, including the outdoor pool and the sun terrace with garden furniture. The rooms were well-appointed and had everything we needed, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The balcony with its sitting area was a great spot to relax in the evenings. We highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a luxurious stay!
