Loved the cozy atmosphere and cute decorations throughout the hotel, really made it feel like a festive Christmas getaway. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check-in early and providing great customer service throughout our stay.- The location was perfect, being close to all the main attractions and providing easy access to public transportation.

The cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired. The housekeeping staff did not clean our room unless we specifically asked them to, resulting in a less than satisfactory experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Vali Villa. The neighborhood was charming with plenty of great restaurants to choose from. The location was ideal, not too far from the bustling Khao San area but still quiet and peaceful. The rooms were beautiful and impeccably clean. The Wi-Fi worked well and the breakfast, though simple, was decent. we had a pleasant experience at Vali Villa.

Surprisingly, it was quiet at night, allowing us to get a peaceful night's sleep. The location was perfect for exploring the city, as we could easily walk to various attractions or take a ferry or hop-on-hop-off boat. The highlight was the beautiful terrace/patio where we could relax and have breakfast. The staff were incredibly helpful, and the rooms were impeccably clean.

While the bed was a bit too firm for our liking, the positive aspects of our stay far outweighed this minor discomfort. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a great time during our romantic getaway in this newly built hotel. the staff members were very helpful and accommodating. We appreciated the convenient location which allowed us to walk to famous tourist spots easily. the breakfast was freshly made and delicious, and we loved the peaceful terrace which offered a relaxing getaway from the busy city.

We found the bed to be quite hard, which wasn't very comfortable for us. Finally, we had to make a deposit in cash for our stay which wasn't mentioned when we booked.
