We had a fantastic time at this sublime resort nestled in the mountains. The location was perfect for a quiet getaway, with fresh air and stunning views. Our room was spacious and well-designed, with smart features like sliding doors for hot-tubbing with a view of the padi fields. The service was exceptional, with buggies to transport us and helpful staff who provided great recommendations for our excursions. The buffet breakfast was delicious and filling, and the infinity pool offered a breathtaking view of the White Temple. It was truly a relaxing experience.

One disappointment was that no transport was arranged for us when we had an excursion to get to on time.

Our recent stay at Veranda High Resort was absolutely amazing. The hotel's modern design blended seamlessly with the surrounding landscape, creating a tranquil and picturesque atmosphere. We stayed in a pool villa, which was spacious and impeccably clean. The infinity pool provided a stunning view of the magical White Temple. The hotel's two restaurants served delicious food, and the breakfast buffet was extensive and tasty. The property was well-maintained, although we did notice a few minor imperfections. The staff were attentive and provided excellent service, except for a few instances of mixed service in the restaurant. The hotel also offered a complimentary shuttle service to the city, which was convenient. we had a fantastic time at Veranda High Resort and would highly recommend it to others.

This hotel is a luxurious retreat for those looking for peaceful relaxation. the service was outstanding, with staff going above and beyond to meet all of my needs. I especially enjoyed the spa and wellness center, where I indulged in a rejuvenating massage and beauty treatment. the outdoor swimming pool was the perfect place to take in the stunning mountain views.

The breakfast selection was decent and the environment was serene and peaceful, allowing you to truly unwind. the location was also convenient, surrounded by nature and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. the rooms were spacious and had a great view of the surrounding countryside.

The hotel fell short in terms of service and attention to detail. the equipment in the gym was old and in need of repairs, and basic amenities like hand soap and toothbrushes were not consistently provided.

The room was lovely, warm and rustic with lush green surroundings. Serene location, fresh air, peaceful and scenic. Attentive staff make you feel like a VIP. Well-maintained, despite slightly dated appearance. No mosquito bites, great rest. Amazing view from pool and room. Nice number of guests for enjoyable facility use. Many nooks to explore, feels like a retreat. Friendly and helpful staff. Delightful views, rooms, and food. Excellent service, pure luxury.

the service was impeccable and the staff were friendly, approachable, and attentive to all my needs. They even accommodated my request for a late check-out. the room was spacious and had a beautiful balcony with a stunning view of the mountains. I loved spending time by the pool, which offered an incredible view of the surroundings. the Thai food at the hotel's restaurants was top-notch, especially the flavorful Northern Thai dishes. it was a fabulous 6-day trip, surrounded by the beauty of nature.
