Breakfast was tasty, and the server was super accommodating. the room was spacious and spotless. the lobby was inviting, with plenty of seating for groups to hang out and relax after a long day of sightseeing around downtown.

The front desk failed to inform us about the parking fee, which seemed unnecessary for their private lot setup. We encountered dog poop outside that was not promptly cleaned.

At my usual stay, staff found and returned my forgotten hairbrush. I adore this spot for its amenities like Wi-Fi, indoor pool, and restaurant. Perfect fit with 24/7 services, bar, fitness center, and more. Excited to return for the New Year's celebration!.

The hotel had a few drawbacks, like the slow check-in process, which took us longer than expected to get into our room. the room itself was also disappointing as it had a musty smell and was not properly cleaned.
