Worst aspects of our Christmas stay: In terms of facilities, there were a few disappointments.

Friendly staff, great location near the beach, spacious and clean room, good breakfast with options for different nationalities, nice pool with swim-up bar.

The pool was fantastic: big, clean, and with a pool bar. The location was perfect: right across the road from the beautiful beach and close to shops, restaurants, and bars. The breakfast was good, except for the coffee machine which only made black coffee. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, as it is just across from the beach. It is also convenient to have a mini-mart close by. The rooms are very nice, especially if you are lucky enough to get one with pool access. The breakfast offers plenty of variety and is always enjoyable.

The staff was very nice, helpful, and professional. They went beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay. Fantastic location. The pool was amazing. The hotel staff do their best to make guests feel special. Wonderful SPA center with real Thai massages.

We had a fantastic time at this luxurious and comfortable 4-star hotel. The location was perfect with a beautiful beach just a few steps away. The service from the friendly staff was top-notch, especially the young and smiley receptionist who went out of her way to accommodate our every request. The hotel amenities were exceptional, including a spa and wellness center, a refreshing swimming pool, and even a jacuzzi. We also enjoyed the variety of dining options, with a restaurant, poolside snack bar, and bar/lounge area. Plus, the free WiFi throughout the hotel was the best we've ever experienced.

We would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Amazing pool access room and beautiful beach just steps away from Woraburi Resort. The buffet breakfast was delicious and the staff, particularly Gift, were incredibly friendly and helpful. Despite a few minor issues, overall I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

I had a very spacious and comfortable room at Woraburi Phuket Resort & Spa - Sha Plus. The staff were hospitable and always ready to assist. The breakfast spread was extensive, with plenty of hot and cold choices. The hotel's location was ideal, with a variety of dining, shopping, and activity options within a short walking distance. The free daily transfer to Patong was convenient as well. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The resort is perfectly located right across the public beach, offering stunning views of the sea from the room balcony. It is also conveniently close to the Karon bazaar and a 7-11, making shopping easy. The spacious rooms and bathrooms provide plenty of storage space, and the friendly staff ensure that guests have everything they need, from extra towels to bottled water. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options, from salads to Thai curries, satisfying every taste.

Some plumbing issues were reported, such as slow-draining sinks and intermittent hot water in the baths and showers.

This hotel had a great view of the sea and it was really easy to walk to the beach. The beds were comfortable and room service was excellent. The pool was very nice and the food was good quality. the hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Some of the negative aspects of the hotel were that the air conditioning didn't start up very fast and the TV signal wasn't always great. there were mosquito nests on the beds which attracted some mosquitoes.
