My room at Casa Del Puerto was incredibly spacious and had a stunning view of the sea. Even though there were some issues with the air conditioner, the staff went out of their way to fix it quickly. I had a relaxing and comfortable stay.

The location of the hotel down a dirt road in the jungle provides a unique and secluded experience. It feels like you're in your own little world. The charming room was equipped with a bag of coffee, perfect for a morning pick-me-up. The view from the balcony overlooked the serene area in front of the hotel, offering a peaceful oasis right on the beach.

We loved staying here! The hotel is in a great location on a quiet street with only a few rooms facing the ocean. The hotel and grounds were beautiful, with stunning ocean views from the spacious balcony. The room was outstanding, very large and nicely appointed. The staff provided excellent service, especially Victor, Marco, and Isabel. The location was ideal, away from larger resorts but still close to the town of Puerto Morelos and day trip destinations like Tulum and Coba.

Waking up to the stunning Caribbean Sea right outside our room was a dream come true. The hotel itself is cozy and the staff is incredibly friendly. The room was spacious and impeccably furnished, making for a comfortable stay. I was also impressed with the prompt response from the maintenance team when I noticed a small water leak in the bathroom. Casa Del Puerto provided a peaceful and enjoyable stay, and I can't wait to return in the future.

The beach was covered in algae and not properly cleaned, limiting our ability to enjoy the water. Maintenance was lacking, with broken fixtures in the bathroom and unpleasant smells in the room.

Located just 25 minutes away from the airport, this hotel is outside of the busy area and offers a calm vibe as it sits right in front of the sea. Rooms are huge and comfortable, while breakfast is pretty good with scrambled eggs, toast, and fresh juices. The pool area is also wonderful, and the beach is just down the hotel, as per other guests' reviews.

i stayed at this small boutique hotel next to the beach and it was amazing. the views of the ocean from my huge room were absolutely magnificent. the upscale fittings and open layout made the room feel luxurious. the food at the restaurant, prepared by the talented chef Faviola, was incredible. all the staff, especially Victor and Marco, were extremely friendly and accommodating. it truly felt like a luxury hotel without the crowds.

My stay at Casa Del Puerto was fantastic. I was impressed by the spacious rooms with beautiful sea views and large balconies. The hotel is small and private, which I really enjoyed. The staff, especially Luis, Wendy, Victor. Luis even personally drove me to a pharmacy and supermarket when I wasn't feeling well. The kitchen staff catered to my vegetarian diet, creating delicious meals for me every evening. Additionally, the maid provided laundry service at a fair price and was lovely. The overall experience was amazing.
