I had a great experience staying here. The hotel was conveniently located by a major circular highway, making it easy to get around. The service was wonderful, with room service and car hire options available. The room was well-equipped and clean, with amenities such as air conditioning and a mini-bar. The leisure facilities, such as the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace, were also great for relaxing. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, providing tours/ticket assistance and serving a welcome drink upon arrival.

The location is great, next to Maya mall and within walking distance of great food and drink. Free bikes are available for exploring Doi Suthep. The hotel is conveniently located close to the large shopping mall, Maya mall, making it easy for guests to explore and shop. Additionally, it is away from the busy night market, providing a quieter atmosphere for a good night's sleep. The rooms are well-maintained, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Guests can also enjoy a decent breakfast and friendly service during their stay.

The hotel was nicely designed and the staff was great. We enjoyed the complementary fact that the hotel offered free bikes which was very convenient to get around the area. the location was perfect as it was close to a mall and various food places. Another bonus was that the breakfast was decent and they never stopped refilling the trays.

The walls of the hotel were made of cement and bricks which made it easy to hear people walking in heels or doors closing loudly late at night. the noise from the street was audible at times.

We had a great stay at this hotel. the location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to Maya Shopping Mall and One Nimman, which made it convenient to explore and find everything we needed. the staff at the front desk and during breakfast were friendly and welcoming, always ready to greet us. We were also pleased to find out that the hotel was happy to receive our Lazada parcels on our behalf. They even made sure to indicate which room the parcels belonged to, so they could be easily delivered to us. the view from our room was nice, although when we were moved to a room on the 6th floor, the sheer curtains were hooked together, making it difficult to fully appreciate the view without holding them apart. the room was spacious and clean, and we especially liked the adjustable water temperature and strong water pressure in the shower. the breakfast had a variety of options, including fruits, salad, yoghurt, cereal, Asian dishes. We enjoyed the noodles with soup in particular. On a special note, we celebrated my birthday during our stay, and the staff surprised me with a brownie, a handwritten card, and a birthday song in my room. It was a very nice gesture, although a bit embarrassing when they took a video. the price for our stay was also very reasonable, and the hotel's proximity to Maya Shopping Mall and Chiang Mai Airport was a bonus. the internet speed was good as well, although not the fastest.

We had a great stay at Cross Vibe Chiang Mai Decem Nimman Hotel. The location was convenient, with a large shopping mall nearby. We enjoyed exploring the city on the bicycles provided by the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast, although not extensive, was satisfactory. The hotel even offered a free shuttle to the Sunday night market. we had a positive experience and would recommend this hotel.

The bed was very comfortable, providing a good night's sleep during my Christmas stay. The hotel's location was ideal, with a 2-minute walk to the Maya mall and a 5-minute walk to One Niman where there were plenty of bars, restaurants, and a night market. it was convenient to reach the old town within around 30 minutes or take a tuk-tuk for 200 baht. Daily cleaning service was provided, ensuring a tidy room and replenished drinking water.

The pool was quite small, shallow, and located in the shade throughout the day, which made it less appealing for a relaxing swim.
