I had a great experience staying here. The hotel was conveniently located by a major circular highway, making it easy to get around. The service was wonderful, with room service and car hire options available. The room was well-equipped and clean, with amenities such as air conditioning and a mini-bar. The leisure facilities, such as the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace, were also great for relaxing. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, providing tours/ticket assistance and serving a welcome drink upon arrival.

The staff are welcoming and helpful. The hotel and rooms are clean and new. The convenient store, 7-11, is nearby. The hotel offers extra comfortable pillows. The location is great, next to Maya mall and within walking distance of great food and drink. Free bikes are available for exploring Doi Suthep. The hotel is conveniently located close to the large shopping mall, Maya mall, making it easy for guests to explore and shop. Additionally, it is away from the busy night market, providing a quieter atmosphere for a good night's sleep. The rooms are well-maintained, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Guests can also enjoy a decent breakfast and friendly service during their stay.

The hotel was nicely designed and the staff was great. We enjoyed the complementary fact that the hotel offered free bikes which was very convenient to get around the area. the location was perfect as it was close to a mall and various food places. Another bonus was that the breakfast was decent and they never stopped refilling the trays.

The walls of the hotel were made of cement and bricks which made it easy to hear people walking in heels or doors closing loudly late at night. the noise from the street was audible at times.
