We had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Hat Yai. the rooms were large and very clean, with super comfortable bedding. We loved the great views from the windows, and the water pressure and shower temperature were excellent. the fast WIFI was a bonus, and the hotel's location next to Central Festival made it really convenient for shopping. But what really stood out was the staff – they were incredibly kind and helpful with anything we needed. All in all, a fantastic experience at Z Sleep! ☺️

The friendly and helpful staff ensure a pleasant experience, providing travel adaptors and conducting thorough room checks before check-out.

It's worth noting that some guests have mentioned an unpleasant smell in one of the triple rooms' bathrooms, which the hotel attempted to address but reoccurred.

Stayed at a hotel which had creative decor. Loved the fact that it was super close to Festival Plaza mall and the bus station. the rooms were spacious and tidy. A great benefit was complimentary amenities in the room, such as tea and coffee. I did not have to bring any with me. the staff was helpful and friendly, which was a nice bonus.

The only thing that could have been better was the shower room. There was no separation between the shower area and the rest of the bathroom, so everything got wet.

The room at Z Sleep Hotel was incredibly spacious and clean, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The bed was so comfortable that it was hard to get up in the morning. The staff was friendly and could communicate in both Mandarin and English, which was a great convenience. The provided hair dryer, shampoo, and shower gel added to the positive experience. The location of the hotel, close to Central Hatyai, was ideal with easy access to shopping and dining options.

The lack of curtains in the shower was a minor inconvenience, as we had to be careful not to wet the entire floor. Additionally, the hotel did not provide hair conditioner and toothbrushes in the toiletries, and there was no water heater in the room for making hot drinks.

The location is excellent, right next to Central Festival and within walking distance of the town center. Tuk-tuks are always available if needed. The Deluxe King Room is incredibly spacious and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. They even lent us a travel adaptor. Checking the room before check-out ensures nothing is left behind or taken by mistake.

Felt completely at ease, staff was accommodating and helpful.
