My stay at Courtyard exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, comfortable, and provided great value for my money. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, especially John Luke who checked us in and Stephan who served us on my birthday. They made my 22nd birthday extra special with cupcakes and a card, and I will definitely be returning.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with sweeter pancakes and waffles. Their taste was a bit bland.

From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. the check-in process was quick and easy, and we were greeted with a surprise birthday treat in our room. the beds were comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. the hotel's location was also perfect, as it was close to a mall and movie theater with plenty of food options.

Our room was located on a noisy street and the soundproofing was not great. We could hear traffic noise throughout the night, which made it difficult to sleep.

The warm, personal reception exceeded expectations. Check-in was swift, with a fantastic atmosphere and positive vibes all around. The attentive staff, especially Jolessa and Christina, ensured a comfortable and pleasant stay. The upgraded room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing weekend. The delicious breakfast was a highlight.

They even provided hot showers and fresh towels after a messy concert. a great experience in Trinidad, especially during Jouvert.

Guests can easily access the downtown area of the city from the hotel as well. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and modern, providing a pleasant stay experience. In addition, the friendly and helpful staff ensure that guests feel well taken care of.

During my Thanksgiving stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and helpful staff. the location was perfect for me, surrounded by an array of restaurants and bars, and conveniently located near amenities. the fact that they offered a la carte breakfast, lunch, and dinner deals made it even better. the beds were comfortable, and the room had all the modern amenities I needed, including a TV with excellent channel selection and great wifi.

There was no room service, and the bar was closed at times, which was somewhat inconvenient.

As young holiday goers, we loved the excellent customer service and helpful staff. The pool and pool grounds were clean and well-maintained. The included breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of high-quality dishes. The hotel even provided hot showers and fresh towels for guests returning from the paint-throwing concert. the staff, facilities, and location near Movie Towne were great.
