The service at the hotel was simply magical - the staff went above and beyond to make our anniversary special. They surprised us with a beautifully decorated room and a delicious cake. The attention to detail and personalized service made us feel at home. The property style and decorations were also top-notch. I would highly recommend this hotel for a quiet and magical getaway.

Beautiful seafront hotel with great pools, well-maintained and comfortable rooms, helpful and accommodating staff, good location near the beach and Sousse Medina, decent breakfast.

For us it was ideal.

Over Christmas, I stayed at a hotel with free hot chocolate and live music in the elevator, and I felt very comfortable in the beautiful surroundings. The location was great for both the beach and the city and two complimentary facts were appreciated. The staff was friendly, helpful and the security staff, particularly, were very good. Overall I had a great experience and the hotel itself was decorated stylishly and well-maintained.

The hotel lacked proper central amenities. The pool was understaffed, there was no room service or towel service at the pool, and service on the beach was scarce.

I stayed at the Marriott in Sousse for a week and it was an amazing experience. The staff, especially Adel at the front desk, went above and beyond to ensure I had a great stay. They even arranged for Aymen to drive me to Bizerte the next day. The room had a beautiful view of the Mediterranean and the details like the regular size tubes in the shaving and brushing kits impressed me. The breakfast was the best I had during my five weeks of travel.

Would recommend this hotel.
