The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure that guests had a fantastic experience. The food options were plentiful and delicious, with a wide variety of choices to suit all tastes. The location of the hotel was also great, with easy access to the beach and other nearby attractions. The entertainment program was outstanding, providing a range of activities and shows that were enjoyable for both adults and children.

There were a few minor issues during my stay, such as a delay during check-in and some initial problems with the room, but these were quickly resolved by the helpful and efficient staff. the variety of drinks available at the bars could be improved, particularly the quality of the cocktails.

Our stay at this luxurious hotel was wonderful! The exclusive amenities, such as the Spa & Wellness Center, outdoor and indoor swimming pools, sauna, and Jacuzzi. The beach access was amazing and the sun terrace and garden area provided a relaxing atmosphere. The entertainment was enjoyable too.

On the down side, there was a minor issue with the service. The staff was not very attentive and we had a long wait at the restaurant despite having special diet menus.
