Our stay at Acer Cave Hotel was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and made to feel right at home. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We were immediately offered tea and given helpful information about the area. Our room was beautiful and had a lovely balcony where we could relax in the evenings. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to all the attractions. The restaurant served delicious food and the rooftop breakfast with pillows was a delightful experience. Despite the language barrier, the few staff members who spoke English were always available to assist us. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Ortahisar.

The only minor drawback was that there weren't many dining options within walking distance of the hotel. However, taxis were readily available and could easily take us to nearby restaurants.

The air conditioning unit in our room was not turned on for the summer, making it uncomfortable to sleep at night. our room was located near the outdoor sitting area of the restaurant, and staff members began moving chairs and tables as early as 7am, disturbing our sleep.

The hotel is conveniently located near many attractions, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and well-appointed bathrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. Additionally, the hotel offers a rooftop terrace where guests can relax and enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding area.

Some communication issues and room mix-ups occurred during our stay, causing some inconvenience and frustration.

The food at the restaurant was delicious, and the property was always clean. we had a great experience at Cappadocia Acer Cave and would highly recommend it.

From the moment I arrived, I was treated with great care and hospitality. The rooms were stunning, and I particularly loved the terrace where I could relax and take in the breathtaking views. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and the staff made sure that I had everything I needed. The quality of service provided was top-notch, and I cannot recommend this place enough!
