We had a fantastic stay at a new hotel in Istanbul. The location was great, with a major shopping center just a stone's throw away, making it convenient for shopping and dining. The room was beautifully decorated and the bathroom was one of the best we've seen. The staff were friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to assist us. Breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of options to choose from. Plus, the view from our room was breathtaking!

The check-in process took longer than usual, which was a bit frustrating.

We spent Christmas at this hotel and enjoyed two complementary facts that definitely made our stay better. The hotel was conveniently located near a mall which made shopping for last minute gifts easy, and the in-room entertainment options kept us entertained during downtime. the staff was attentive and helpful throughout our stay, making sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable.

The hotel's location could be a major setback for some guests. The entrance was difficult to find, and taxi drivers were often confused and dropped us off in the wrong location.

From the moment I stepped into this luxurious hotel, I felt like royalty. The service provided by the staff was impeccable, making sure all my exclusive amenities needs were met. The Spa and wellness centre was outstanding, offering a wide range of treatments, including full body massages and facials. The rooftop pool and sun loungers provided ultimate relaxation, along with the stunning view of the city. The restaurant offers a delicious buffet breakfast and bar/lounge area was perfect for drinks in the evening. The location of the hotel in the heart of the city is a definite plus!

Although my stay at this hotel was exceptional, the only minor issue I had was with the Snack bar, they offer packed lunches and special diet menus, but the options were quite limited. However, this was not a major inconvenience as there are countless dining options available nearby.

The modern and elegant hotel is located right next to a large mall, making shopping a breeze. The room was spacious and the smart system made everything just a click away. Although there were some minor maintenance issues, the helpful staff quickly addressed them. I'll recommend this hotel.
