We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of a bustling area with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with a balcony that provided a stunning view. The amenities were top-notch, including a mini-bar, in-room safe, and a well-equipped kitchenette. The hotel also offered a wide range of services, including airport shuttle, tours/ticket assistance, and car hire, making our stay even more convenient and enjoyable. The reception desk staff were especially helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home.

I had a really perfect stay at the hotel. Miss Nesrin, the hotel manager, was extremely helpful and the staff, especially Mr Ali at the reception, were friendly and welcoming. the hotel was very clean and located in a great area near the metro station and shops. It was also very quiet, perfect for a peaceful stay after a long day of work. the breakfast options were nice and varied, and the staff provided fast Wi-Fi. I was very pleased with the helpful and friendly staff and the comfortable accommodations.

The breakfast was amazing, with plenty of variety and options. the staff was accommodating and friendly, and even went out of their way to offer us complementary snacks and drinks. the location couldn't have been better, with easy access to public transportation and a lively atmosphere to explore. the room was also very clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

There seemed to be a communication breakdown between the restaurant and reception staff, leading to a slight inconvenience when the restaurant was closed earlier than expected. there was a lack of enough electrical outlets near the bed for charging devices, making it a bit difficult to stay connected and charged up.

Super friendly and welcoming staff, particularly Mr. Hussain. Nice and safe neighborhood. Highly recommended for travelers who prefer small, branded hotels. English-speaking staff, particularly Adam and Ramazan, who are always available for help. Convenient location, just 1 minute away from Osmanbey metro station.
