Great views of the city from the balcony/terrace. Good location close to restaurants and attractions. Staff was friendly and accommodating, especially Nino. Supermarket and pharmacy within walking distance. Nice breakfast and restaurant options.

The location is spectacular, right below the mountain fortress with incredible views of the city. The staff were uniformly friendly and helpful. The breakfasts are excellent with a wide variety of options. The superior rooms are spacious, modernized, and offer sensational balcony views of the city. There are two roof-top terraces to enjoy if you choose a non-balcony room. The hotel is quiet at night, ensuring a peaceful stay.

The breakfast had very good cheese stuffed bread. The view was amazing, overlooking Tbilisi's old town and the fortress. The location was perfect for tourists, just steps away from the Old Town. We had a comfortable bed and the staff was friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel despite the steep hill.

The hotel was ideally located at the heart of the city, close to restaurants and bars. Our room had a stunning view of the square below, which was fantastic to watch while enjoying a glass of wine on the balcony. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, offering a variety of cheeses, fruits, and vegetables. Our room was also spacious and clean, and the bathroom had a nice bathtub.

The hotel was challenging to access with heavy luggage, and we had to walk up a steep and narrow street to get there.

During my Christmas stay, the hotel offered two complementary drinks on arrival, which was a nice touch. the location was perfect, as it was close to the main sights and attractions. the best part was the stunning view from the balcony, which was breathtaking and added to the festive atmosphere.

The hotel had a major issue with the heating system. Despite several complaints, the room remained ice cold and did not reach a comfortable temperature at any point during the stay.
