Despite a slight issue with the air conditioner blowing directly on my face while sleeping, everything else was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel.

the xmas experience at this hotel was pleasant. The location was great, situated next to a river with access to a pedalo ride and a beautiful garden that made for a peaceful environment. The staff were also very friendly and provided good service throughout our stay. The buffet breakfast was one of the best aspects with a wide variety of dishes to choose from.

There were some negative aspects of our experience. the room was not kept very clean with the bathroom being the worst offender.
