Spotlessly clean with great ocean views. Stairs were challenging for my arthritis.

Our stay at Avondale By The Sea was amazing! The location was perfect, just steps away from the beach. The view from our room was breathtaking and we were able to relax on the private balcony. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The pool was clean and not too crowded, allowing us to cool off after a day in the sun. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable beach getaway.

The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect, just steps away from the beach and Convention Center. I loved being able to walk everywhere without having to move the car. The room itself was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the pillows were like clouds. The curtains were great at blocking out the morning sun, allowing for a peaceful sleep. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. And the continental breakfast was a nice extra touch. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location, cleanliness, and comfortable accommodations.

This hotel is a great deal for the money. The location is superb, just across the street from the beach with a spectacular view. The staff are genuinely friendly and give attention to details such as maintaining the cleanliness. The basic amenities are also good including rooms with private balconies and a nice continental breakfast.

I recently stayed at Avondale in Cape May for a relaxing beach getaway. The hotel offered a separate bedroom and living room, providing extra privacy. I appreciated the abundance of umbrellas by the pool for shade, as well as the helpful railing for easy entry into the pool. The addition of rocking chairs outside our room added a nice touch. The comfortable bed, soft sheets, and wonderful pillows made for a great night's sleep. The room was well-equipped with a TV, chairs, table, and chest of drawers. The clean bathroom had a sink and tub, and the curtains blocked out sunlight in the mornings. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the handicap ramp made accessibility easier.

Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The Avondale was an amazing experience. Clean, spacious rooms. Comfortable beds. Homey atmosphere. Attentive staff. Delicious continental breakfast. Centrally located.

Staying here was wonderful! The location couldn't be better - steps away from the beach, close to shops, and within walking distance of everything we wanted to do in the area. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfy, with great amenities like a mini-fridge and a nice view. Plus, breakfast was included, and it was a great way to start the day.

We loved the very large room with a king bed, comfy chair with footrest, and a large table and chairs. The view from the room and balcony was marvelous. The location was great, with shops, restaurants, and more within walking distance. The friendly staff and cleanliness of the room made our stay perfect.

The front desk staff at Avondale By The Sea were incredibly welcoming and made us feel like valued guests. They even provided us with beach passes, which was a nice touch. The room was spacious, clean, and had plenty of amenities like extra pillows and towels. We loved the convenience of having a door from the bedroom to the back parking area, as well as a front door leading to a porch with rocking chairs. The pool was well-maintained and towels were readily available. We also appreciated being within walking distance of the beach and having parking close to our room.

Even though there were a few minor issues, such as a loud AC unit in the bedroom and the lack of a coffee pot in the room, the overall experience at Avondale By The Sea was excellent. The location of the hotel, the size of the rooms, and the cleanliness made it a great value for the price.

This hotel is in a prime location right across the street from the beach and close to all the restaurants in the area. The cleanliness of the room was exceptional and the hotel facilities were top-notch. Parking was convenient and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel facilities were great, with spacious and clean rooms that had everything we needed. The staff was welcoming and friendly, and they were more than happy to assist us with our bags. We also loved the convenient location, within easy walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. The continental breakfast was very good, providing a good start to our day.
