We absolutely loved staying at Thomaz Palace! the property was well managed, with friendly staff and a clean, bright apartment that had everything we needed. the bed was unbelievably comfortable and we would stay here again in a heartbeat. the location was perfect, very close to the city's attractions, and the staff went above and beyond to help us, even solving problems that were unrelated to the apartment. Filipe, who represented Thomaz Palace, was extremely helpful and eager to serve us, making our stay even better. the rooms were spotless and our quiet room faced the car park, providing a peaceful stay.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable - my room was cleaned and the linens were replenished daily. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with modern and fully renovated apartments that were bigger than I expected. The location was perfect, with two metro stations nearby and easy walking distance to the old town. Additionally, being just down the road from Bolhao market was a great advantage.

The apartment had some issues with noise, as we could hear people walking and what sounded like an elephant jumping above us. the locking system for the apartment door was also a bit awkward, which could be problematic in case of an emergency.
