We recently stayed at a hotel in Turkey and had a fantastic experience. The location was wonderful, with beautiful surroundings. The staff was extremely helpful and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The highlight was the amazing restaurants, offering a wide variety of delicious foods. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean. The hotel also had excellent Wifi connection and a fantastic animation team, led by the professional Entertainment Manager Mr. Tolga and Miss Buket. We were never bored with the activities available. Special thanks to Chef Zeki, Ahmet, Dilek, and all the other staff members who provided excellent service. Thanks to the Guest Relations Manager Miss Ayça and Ms. Natalia for making our stay comfortable. We would also like to express our gratitude to the hotel directors for their dedication. The restaurant staff, particularly Mr. Hikmet, Mr. Deniz, and Ms. Ümmü, were outstanding. we had a wonderful and relaxing vacation at this hotel.

The location of the hotel was very convenient for my business trip. the hotel was close to the conference center and the airport, which was a plus. the room was spacious and well-lit. the rooftop terrace provided a great view of the city, and I enjoyed watching the sunset from there.

The staff at the hotel was not very friendly or accommodating. the room service was slow and the food was bland.

This hotel exceeded our expectations - we felt pampered and indulged with their luxurious amenities. the spa and wellness centre was exquisite, boasting a beautiful indoor and outdoor swimming pool, as well as a variety of health club facilities. the pristine beach access was a standout feature, with the alluring aqua park and relaxing sun loungers.

We only experienced one minor issue with the restaurant, where the buffet breakfast lacked diversity in the special diet menus, however, the fine dining dinner and in-room breakfast exceeded our expectations. Despite this one small issue, we highly recommend this superb venue.
