The check-in process was not smooth at all, with staff members not speaking English very well, which led to misunderstandings and confusion. The room we stayed in was below average, with outdated furniture and a general lack of cleanliness.

We had a fantastic all-inclusive 3 night stay at Best Alcazar. The location was stunning with a great walk down to the beach and the harbor. Our room on the top floor had pool and sea views and was very clean and comfortable. The food at the hotel was great with plenty of choice and the staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was lovely and there were plenty of clean sun loungers. We felt very safe and secure throughout our stay. it was a fantastic value for money and we would definitely recommend it to family and friends.

I recently stayed at a hotel on top of a hill, just a 4-minute drive away from the beautiful beaches. The location was perfect for those looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the seafront. The hotel had multiple swimming pools to choose from, providing different options depending on your mood. The room was comfortable and clean, with a spacious bathroom. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast buffet had a wide selection. The hotel also had great facilities, including an indoor pool and live music during dinner.

The wifi in the room was a bit slow.

The meals included in the All-Inclusive package were delicious and of great quality. The hotel had a beautiful view overlooking the bay and the sea.- The outdoor heated pool was fabulous and perfect for a relaxing swim.

The majority of the hotel staff barely spoke any English, making communication and orders difficult. The bartenders at the bar were not always able to understand our orders, leading to confusion and frustration.

The hotel is located on a hill with stunning views of the sea and the coast. The courtesy bus was convenient and took us to the nearby beach and Marina del Este. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of choices and was delicious. The multiple pools and ample loungers were great, and the lifeguards provided a sense of safety. Despite some language barriers, the staff were friendly and accommodating. we had a fantastic stay at this hotel.
