Additionally, I loved the convenience of being only 15 minutes away from the Bosphorus cruise. I recently stayed at Albatros Hagia Sophia for a week while exploring the historic sites of Istanbul. The location couldn't have been better, just steps away from the Basilica Cistern, Hagia Sophia, and the Blue Mosque. Despite being in the heart of the city, the room was surprisingly quiet with a charming design. The breakfast area offered stunning views of Aya Irenie, the Topkapi Palace, and Hagia Sophia. The breakfast itself had a wide variety of dishes to choose from. The reception staff were not only friendly but also very helpful. This hotel is brilliant value and I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Istanbul.

They allowed us early check-in, offered complimentary breakfast, and even provided plant milk for me as a vegan. The location was perfect, minutes away from key tourist attractions and the Havaist bus station. The rooms were clean and the view from the breakfast room was breathtaking.
