We stayed at San Simon Hotel for a week and it was an amazing experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was spacious with a great view, and the shower was fantastic. We also loved the vibrant atmosphere of the square and enjoyed live music from talented musicians. The hotel's location was perfect, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. it was a great value for the money and we highly recommend it.

I had an amazing experience at San Simon Hotel. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the VIP parking service was a pleasant surprise. the location was perfect for me, as I could easily walk to all the places I wanted to visit within 20 minutes. the room itself was spacious, with a separate kitchen and office area. Plus, right outside the hotel were two prominent landmarks, the statue of Simon Bolivar and a charming church across the plaza. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel located in a small cafe with a wall of running water. It was right on the main square, which meant there were plenty of restaurants nearby. The location was perfect, as it was in the city center of Pereira. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a well-maintained bathroom. The staff provided excellent service, always ready to assist with any request. The breakfast offered a variety of choices, including fresh fruit and bread. The hotel had fast and reliable wifi, making it convenient for my needs. it was a fantastic experience with great facilities and advantages.

That the main square could get busy, especially during concerts, which could be noisy at times.

Great location and friendly staff! the hotel was situated at a perfect spot, just a few minutes' walk from the local supermarkets and transit terminal. the room was large and comfortable, with a lovely view and a great shower. the staff was very accommodating and helped me find a driver. I also loved the fact that the hotel offered a simple breakfast option and had excellent wifi connectivity.

A little noisy at times. As expected with a location in a lively square, there was traffic noise and people around the hotel during the day and night.

the location was also ideal, close to shops and restaurants. the staff were very professional and responsive, fulfilling our needs promptly.

The only minor issue We encountered was the lack of special diet menus available at breakfast. Despite this, the quality of the food was satisfying.

The room on the top floor was spacious, bright, and had comfortable beds and a nice desk. The bathroom had a large shower with hot water and good water pressure. The hotel's location on Plaza Bolivar was lively and safe. The staff helped us find a driver and quickly fixed a problem with our sink. The hotel was clean and beautifully decorated with a zen vibe. The wifi was excellent. The breakfast options were great. The staff, despite limited English, went out of their way to help. They even managed to check me in early and got me coffee. Absolutely fantastic stay!

The noise level at the hotel was quite high. There was traffic noise from the busy street below, and the square was constantly filled with people.
