I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The room may have been basic, but it was clean and everything worked well. The location was perfect, just a short distance from Pamukkale, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a good shower and comfortable bed. The breakfast spread is delicious, with options like olives, boiled eggs, jams, bread. The hotel also offers excellent views of the surrounding area from the terrace, making it a great place to relax and take in the scenery.

The manager at the hotel seemed quite stressed and was juggling multiple tasks, which sometimes resulted in longer wait times.

From rescuing us from a bus company mishap to ensuring we had a comfortable room with a romantic Turkish lamp, every detail was taken care of. The hotel's convenient location and stunning view of the cotton castle added to the overall experience. We are grateful for our short but wonderful stay and look forward to the hotel's future renovations. I highly recommend this hotel.

Spending xmas here was amazing! We were pleasantly surprised with the cozy atmosphere they created in the lobby and the hot beverages they offered for free. The location was perfect, close to the main sights and easy to find. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was super friendly and helpful, they even gave us a map with some tips on where to go for dinner.

The room was a bit cramped, but we expected that given the price point. The bathroom was also a bit small, but it was clean and had everything we needed.
