We got great value for our money at this hotel. The room was clean, the bathroom was beautiful, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The location was fantastic and the staff treated us like special guests, always friendly and extremely helpful during our crisis with Turkish Airlines and lost luggage.

The breakfast offerings could have been better with more variety beyond olives, cheese, porridge, eggs, cakes.

You can also conveniently get a tram to major metro stations from the nearby Blue Mosque. Additionally, the hotel is close to everything, making it very convenient for sightseeing. The rooms are clean and well decorated, providing a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options and the rooftop terrace offers a beautiful view.

The WiFi connection in the rooms can be unreliable, especially during the day, which may cause inconvenience for those needing a stable internet connection.

We recently stayed at this venue and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of service we received. The location in the centre of the city is fantastic, as we were able to walk to all the main attractions. Additionally, the staff, especially the manager who works the night shift, were extremely helpful and accommodating. They were able to assist us with all our needs, from arranging transportation to providing information about local tours. The hotel facilities, including the spa and wellness centre, indoor swimming pool and sauna, were also impressive, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Although we did not travel with our family, we would highly recommend this hotel to families due to its amazing service, amenities and convenient location. The rooms were also comfortable, with amenities such as an electric kettle, flat-screen TV and soundproofed walls.

We enjoyed the complimentary cookies and hot chocolate, as well as the welcomed gift upon arrival. the hotel is located near key attractions which made sightseeing easy. the shower was great!
