We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, breakfast, and staff. The room was spotless and the hotel had great amenities. The breakfast had a nice variety of options. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

As a group of friends, we loved the well-designed and comfortable suites with spacious bathrooms. The location next to the mall and vibrant restaurants and pubs was perfect for our outings.

Over Easter, I stayed at a hotel that exceeded my expectations. I loved the extensive breakfast buffet, which included fresh fruit juice and complimentary pastries. The hotel is conveniently located near a shopping mall and great restaurants, making it easy to explore the city. the rooms had all the expected features of a luxury hotel, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional.

Although my stay was mostly excellent, I did have one minor complaint. The AC in my room was not functioning correctly, so the room was a bit stuffy.

In addition, the hotel offers a decent buffet breakfast and associated services. it provides a comfortable stay and easy access to shopping and dining options nearby.

The hotel encountered some issues with their laundry service and billing, causing inconvenience and wasted time for guests.

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Mercure in Ankara. The room was modern and clean, equipped with a variety of mirrors that added a stylish touch. The hotel provided complimentary bottles of water, which was much appreciated. The wellness and sauna facilities were easily accessible and free for hotel guests. Breakfast was delicious with a wide selection of tasty options. The staff was well-trained, friendly, and always ready to assist. The hotel's strategic location, close to a shopping mall and the main train and bus stations, was incredibly convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for business or leisure purposes.

From the moment I entered this hotel, I knew my stay would be luxurious. The exclusive amenities, like the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and spa centre, exceeded my expectations. The massage I received at the Spa & Wellness Centre was one of the best I have ever had. The room advantages like the comfortable bed and special diet menus for breakfast made me feel pampered.

The service at the Bar/Lounge area was slow, and the waiters didn't seem to be properly trained. Despite this minor issue, my overall experience at this hotel was unforgettable.
