Stayed at a hotel that ticked all the boxes for a great holiday. the room was nice and clean with a comfortable bed, and the breakfast had a wide variety of choices with delicious food. the hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the train and subway stations, making it easy to explore the city on foot. We also appreciated the cab station, making it easy to get around at a low cost.

Our stay was negatively impacted by the rude and unhelpful reception staff, who were not patient when dealing with our requests. We were given a non-smoking room that still had the scent of smoke, and it was a challenge to get them to come up and assess the situation.

Best aspects of our stay were the clean and neat rooms and the friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, creating a comfortable atmosphere for our romantic escape. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed and were always ready to assist with any requests or questions. the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to key attractions and amenities in the area. We also appreciated the delicious food options available at the hotel, providing us with a hassle-free dining experience.

The lack of exciting nightlife within the hotel and the limited shopping options in the surrounding area. While the hotel itself was charming and reflected Turkish culture, we were hoping for a livelier atmosphere during the evenings.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities and exceptional service. the Spa & Wellness center provided a relaxing and rejuvenating experience, with a variety of treatments and services available. the sauna was immaculately maintained and offered a great way to unwind after a long day. the garden area was beautifully landscaped, creating a tranquil atmosphere to enjoy. the leisure/TV room provided a comfortable space to relax and watch TV, with plush seating and a peaceful ambiance. the room itself was elegantly designed and equipped with modern amenities such as a flat, screen TV and complimentary Wi, Fi. the private facilities, including the spacious bathroom and well, stocked minibar, added an extra touch of luxury to my stay. the restaurant offered a wide range of delicious dishes, and the poolside snack bar was perfect for a refreshing drink or light bite.

It tended to get crowded, especially during peak times, making it difficult to find a table.
