During our recent stay at Ankara Hiltonsa, my family and I were impressed by the excellent service provided by the staff. The reception was efficient and friendly, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The rooms were comfortable and tidy, offering a pleasant environment for our stay.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as limited breakfast options and a slightly outdated bathroom, the overall experience at Ankara Hiltonsa was positive. The staff's dedication to providing exceptional service and the comfortable rooms outweighed these small issues.

The Ankara Hiltonsa is a fabulous 5-star hotel with a great city center location. The spaciousness and airiness of the hotel is truly welcoming. The lounge area and lotus bar exudes sophistication and is a perfect place to unwind. The Greenhouse restaurant offers a splendid buffet breakfast and a variety of delicious Turkish and international dishes. The executive lounge on the 15th floor provides stunning city views and is ideal for relaxation or work. The health and fitness areas are impressive, with ample natural light and an outdoor sunbathing area by the indoor pool. The massage rooms are serene and the Indonesian masseuses are top-notch. The staff throughout the hotel are numerous, professional, and always attentive, creating the perfect ambiance. The stylish rooms with comfortable beds and luxurious marble bathrooms leave nothing to be desired. This hotel truly exceeds expectations!

I recently stayed at HiltonSA in Ankara for a business trip and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The room was impeccably clean and the breakfast spread was absolutely delicious. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to shops, a shopping mall, and local attractions. The staff provided exceptional customer service, and special compliments to Ali, the talented hairdresser on site. I also want to mention Mehmet Durmaz, Hasan Demiral, Cem Yildiz, Asur Mustafa, Sezgin Yilmaz, and Hasan for their kindness and excellent service. The reception was efficient and the concierge, especially Cem, went above and beyond to assist me. my stay at HiltonSA was welcoming and enjoyable, and I will definitely choose this hotel every time I visit Ankara.

The hotel's location was perfect for our romantic escape, with plenty of shops and restaurants just a short walk away. the modern furniture in the rooms added a luxurious touch, and everything was clean and comfortable. the professional and hospitable staff made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

One disappointing aspect was the lack of English spoken by the staff. Communication was a bit difficult at times, especially in the restaurant during breakfast.

As a budget traveler, I loved the reasonable price of the hotel and the comfort it offered. The connected family room was perfect for my family of four. The pool, spa, and sun terrace kept us entertained for hours. The modern and well-equipped gym was a bonus. The continental breakfast was delicious, and access to the executive lounge with our room package was a highlight. The complimentary drinks and select buffet, along with the amazing view, made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's location in a nice area suited us well.

During my stay at Hiltonsa, I was impressed with the spaciousness of the room. The 2 single beds with 2 pillows each provided a comfortable sleep and the large HD TV was a nice touch. The bathroom was also spacious with ample room for our toiletries. The hotel's location was convenient, with a shopping mall next door for any provisions we needed. The breakfast spread at the hotel's restaurant was excellent, especially the omelette cooked to perfection at the egg station. The friendly and helpful service from the reception staff and restaurant servers made our stay even more enjoyable. The wireless internet in the room worked without any problems. I had a great experience at Hiltonsa and would definitely recommend it to others.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with a beautiful panoramic view from the high floor. the room service was efficient and the portion sizes were generous. Additionally, the staff, especially Neslihon Tekin and Cek Kutlu, went above and beyond to ensure my comfortable stay, making me feel like a valued guest and always checking if I needed anything.

The reception staff could have been more helpful and accommodating. When I asked for recommendations of nearby places to see, they seemed uninterested and suggested a shopping mall instead, declaring everything else too far away.
