We had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for us, situated on a quiet street just a short walk away from Ginza and the main station. We loved exploring the neighborhood and trying out all the amazing local food options. The room was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, despite the language barrier. We also appreciated the free candy bars and coffee/tea provided. a fantastic choice for budget travelers.

The cafe located underneath the hotel could use some improvement in terms of pricing and service.

Quintessa Hotel Tokyo Ginza is great value for money. The prices are reasonable for what you get in return. The attention to detail is impressive, from the spotlessly clean rooms to the friendly staff who go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The location couldn't be better, with the subway just meters away and plenty of convenience stores nearby. Plus, it's less than a 5-minute walk from the heart of Ginza, where you can find everything you need. The rooms had everything I needed for my short stay and were surprisingly spacious.

Nothing not to like

The hotel's location was also perfect for our Thanksgiving shopping needs. We were able to walk to all the nearby stores without any issues. the staff was also quite friendly and accommodating, even if their English was not the best.

The room was way too small for our liking, and we barely had room to move around, let alone store all of our luggage. the hotel's Wi-Fi was spotty at best, and often difficult to use.

As business guests, we appreciated the convenient location near Higashi-Ginza station, making it easy to access the city and travel to Haneda Airport. The staff, particularly the older gentleman with glasses, were helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and practical, with regular towel and sheet changes. The hotel also offers useful amenities such as a washing machine, dryer, and ice, as well as informative guides and maps. Plus, having nearby 7-11 stores was handy.

Felt like part of the family - the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Nothing seemed too much trouble for them.

The check-in process could be more accommodating, especially for guests arriving in extreme weather conditions or after long journeys.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent. The room was comfortable, clean, and had great amenities like a big bath and heated mirror. The location was perfect with lots of shopping and the metro entrance just 5 minutes away. The staff were extremely kind and helpful throughout my stay.

The only downside to breakfast choices was the very small glass of orange juice served. However, you can get tea and coffee from reception, which isn't the best but does the job until you can get a proper one outside.

Lastly, the rooms were compact but immaculately clean and comfortable, with the added bonus of free amenities and a great selection of green tea in the lobby. I also appreciated the option of having breakfast included, providing a satisfying start to each day.

All in all, I couldn't fault this hotel in any way.

The room was comfortable and spacious, perfect for a solo traveler like me. The location was fantastic, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Definitely my best hotel experience in Tokyo!

The receptionists at Quintessa Hotel Tokyo Ginza were incredibly helpful and accommodating during our stay. When we had an issue with transportation to the airport, they guided us to the nearby bus terminal and ensured we got there easily. The location is also very convenient, just a short walk from the train station. we had a pleasant experience and would highly recommend this hotel.
