Stayed at a great place with a spacious and comfortable room. Loved the modern style and the added convenience of a kitchen. The room was well-equipped, even having a washing machine. The staff was friendly and always available to assist. Enjoyed the facilities, including the balconies and entertainment options. Though the terrace was closed, everything else was perfect. I had an amazing stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff at Antwell Suites were incredibly kind and helpful. They even upgraded our room upon our arrival and allowed us to keep the upgraded room when we extended our reservation. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with great facilities. We also enjoyed nice views from our room. The location of the hotel was convenient, situated on the Asian side of the city near EMAAR mall. It was easy to access the European side using the nearby tunnel. The location was perfect, with Emaar shopping mall just a short walk away, offering a variety of shops and dining options. The hotel also provided a safe and convenient car parking area. The room was well-maintained and had a spacious fridge. I particularly appreciated the kitchenette, although it could have benefitted from some utensils and equipment. The Wi-Fi signal in the room was strong, ensuring I stayed connected. The hotel also had a lovely garden area and a smoking terrace on each floor. It was a safe and comfortable stay overall.

Ali was always helpful and friendly, assisting with tasks such as emailing bills and arranging extra beds for children. His warm demeanor made my stay even more enjoyable.
