Good location, helpful staff, spacious and nicely decorated rooms, choice of room options, comfortable bedding, extra pillows and duvet. Smell in elevator needs improvement, lack of soundproofing in hotel. Manager and reception staff provided valuable assistance and recommendations. Good breakfast with variety of options including cheese, olives, boiled eggs, jams, Turkish coffee, American coffee.

I recently stayed at this 4-star hotel and I was impressed with the level of luxury and comfort offered. The location was perfect, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet still easily accessible from the airport by metro. The hotel is also conveniently located near Taksim square, making it easy to explore the area. The staff provided exceptional service, from the helpful and friendly receptionists who gave great recommendations for shopping and dining, to the attentive night crew who were always available to assist. The room itself was spacious and nicely decorated, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bathroom was especially impressive, and the hairdryer and water kettle provided were a nice touch. The hotel also had a nice garden area and a leisure/TV room where I could relax and unwind after a long day of exploring.

Despite all the positive aspects of this hotel, there were a few minor drawbacks that should be mentioned. there seemed to be an unpleasant smell in the elevator, possibly due to blocked gutters or sewage.

The cleanliness of the hotel was poor, with dust bunnies and hair in corners, and breakfast was very disappointing with limited options. the safety of the hotel was concerning, with workers given master card keys and walking around unsupervised.
