The best part of our stay at Art Nouveau Pera was the exceptional service we received. One evening, we needed to run a passport to the airport urgently, and the staff member at the desk, Noor, immediately offered to help us even though he had just finished his shift. It was truly above and beyond what we expected, and it made a huge difference in our experience. The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean, and the panoramic views from the terrace were breathtaking. The location was perfect, allowing us to explore both the European and Asian sides of the city easily. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and excellent facilities.

We had a great experience staying in this hotel. the location was excellent, being close to the metro station and within walking distance of Istiklal street and Galata Tower. the staff were very helpful and arranged a taxi for us to the airport. Lastly, the room was clean and beautifully decorated, with a great view of the city. Breakfast on the terrace was also a highlight, offering stunning panoramic views.

As women traveling alone, we felt comfortable and secure throughout our stay. The helpful staff provided great assistance and made us feel welcome. The breathtaking view of the sea from our clean and comfortable room was incredible. We also loved experiencing the traditional Turkish hammam for the first time. The hotel's convenient location near popular attractions like Galata Tower, Taksim, and Istiklal Avenue was a major plus. The fast wifi was also a bonus.

Great location, close to the main leisure area and in a calm area. The staff was friendly and the view from the rooftop was amazing. The rooms were exactly as depicted in the pictures and the pillows provided were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The cable TV had limited channels and the breakfast on the last day was not as good as the previous days. It would also be beneficial if the hotel became more eco-friendly by not changing towels daily and allowing guests to customize their breakfast to minimize waste.

We recently stayed in a hotel in a great location, close to all the tourist attractions but still relatively quiet. The Galata Tower area is fascinating with its historical significance and vibrant shops. The room we had was spacious and clean, with a beautiful view of nearby landmarks. The bathroom was modern and very clean, and the staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast offered a good start to the day, with a variety of options. our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

The bed could have been more comfortable, but it was still satisfactory.

The staff was very accommodating and helpful. Mustafa even took our food order for a near by restaurant and had it delivered to our room. The owner was very involved in accommodating the guests. The hotel staff provided a safe and responsible experience.
