As backpackers, we loved the convenient location of Arts Hotel. It was only a 5-minute walk to Osmanbey Metro station, which made exploring the city easy. The hotel also had a delicious and varied breakfast, comfortable beds, and quiet rooms. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the staff, including Zahida the cleaning worker, were friendly and helpful.

The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The breakfast buffet exceeded my expectations with its high quality and delicious options. The modern and chic decor throughout the hotel added to the overall ambiance. The staff, particularly the Front Office team, were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent accommodations and exceptional service.

Well-located place with plenty of dining options and accessible through taxi or subway. Elevator is always available and functional. Friendly staff and excellent food. Comfortable beds, clean sheets and a modern interior. Walking distance to several tourist attractions.

As youngsters, we absolutely loved the friendly staff who greeted us with a welcome drink and were helpful throughout our stay. The free room upgrade to a corner room was a pleasant surprise. The cleanliness and maintenance of the room were top-notch. And the breakfast spread was delicious.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel. the exclusive amenities were exceptional. the Spa & wellness centre offered a wide variety of services including massages, full body massages, and a Turkish bath. the indoor swimming pool was perfect for a quick dip, while the steam room provided a relaxing escape. the restaurant offered delicious halal food, perfect for our dietary needs. The location was also advantageous, being close to public transport and a leisure/TV room for entertainment. Cons: the public bath required a bathing cap to enter the pool, which was an unexpected expense. this minor issue did not detract from our enjoyable stay at this hotel.

This hotel is located in an excellent shopping area with easy access to public transportation. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the rooms are equipped with all the necessary amenities. The complimentary cake they gave me for my birthday was a nice touch. Additionally, the breakfast spread was impressive and had many options to choose from.

The service here was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff always willing to assist us, whether it was for room service or arranging a car hire. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with amenities like an in-room safe, mini-bar, and free toiletries. We also enjoyed the leisure facilities, including the spa & wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, and sun terrace.

Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast with a great selection of food, including local delicacies. the hotel's location was ideal, as it was situated near key landmarks and easily accessible with public transportation. the friendly staff were always willing to offer helpful tips and recommendations for local restaurants and attractions.

The room size was smaller than expected and not very comfortable to move around in. the curtains did not do a great job of blocking out light, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably.
