I recently stayed at Sofitel in Siem Reap for our anniversary trip. The property itself was breathtaking, with lush lagoons, greenery, and flowers everywhere. The tour desk was helpful in arranging our Angkor Wat day trip. The breakfast spread was extensive, with a variety of options to suit every guest. We were upgraded to a tranquil room with beautiful views and received special attention for our celebration. The housekeeping and room service staff were excellent, making us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Outstanding dining experience with a wide range of delicious Western and Asian dishes available. The spacious and well-appointed rooms offer a comfortable stay. The service provided by the staff is exceptional. The hotel grounds are spectacular, creating a serene and beautiful atmosphere. The location is perfect, just 2 miles away from the famous Angkor Wat. I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and enjoyable stay.

The hotel was beautifully decorated and had excellent accommodations. the staff was very friendly and helpful. the hotel had a great location, close to the main attractions. One of the things I really enjoyed was the spa facilities, which offered a wide range of treatments and were very relaxing.

I found the breakfast options to be quite limited, especially for people with dietary restrictions. Additionally, the hotel's pool was a bit small and not suitable for swimming laps.

Prompt room service with traditional Khmer cuisine and western fare. Gorgeous, large territory, big pool, and comfortable area to relax. Very polite and helpful staff.

Amazing place with great customer service. the staff was so pleasant and friendly, making our stay one of the best we've ever had. the room was spacious with a lovely bathroom, including a separate shower and tub. the food was good and plentiful, and the beautiful grounds added to the overall experience.

The hotel seemed to cater more towards large tour groups and corporate events, which made it quite busy and overwhelming at times. the swimming pool area was closed off on two consecutive nights for private events, which was a disappointment.
