Loved the stunning view from the room, which made us soak in the city’s beauty and the nearby functional station for an enjoyable ride to the places we wished to visit. The hotel felt new, roomy and was equipped with fresh amenities. The staff was always available to answer our queries without being intrusive. The ground floor’s cafe had the most amazing impressionist painting-like view that made our days start with an upbeat vibe.

The room noise from the street and traffic couldn't block even with the windows closed. Pillows were too hard and uncomfortable for our taste.

During my recent stay at the hotel, I was delighted by the perfect location. Being in the center of Istanbul, close to Galata Tower and the walking street, made exploring the city incredibly convenient. Additionally, having the metro just a few steps away was a bonus. Despite the hotel's central location, there was no noise from the metro audible in the room thanks to the good sound insulation.

One minor drawback was the thin walls in the room, which allowed some noise from neighboring rooms to filter through. However, this did not significantly impact the overall comfort of my stay.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with a metro station right in front and easy access to tram stations and tourist attractions. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the hotel was clean and neat. We had a lovely sea view room with a heavenly view. We had a incredible experience at this hotel! The location was perfect, within walking distance to all the main attractions and in a lively area of the city. The staff were extremely friendly and provided exceptional service. They were always available to assist us with anything we needed, from room service to arranging transportation. The room itself was cozy and well-appointed, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. We also enjoyed the spa and wellness center, which offered a relaxing sauna and Turkish bath. The free Wi-Fi and luggage storage were a nice added bonus. our stay here was truly enjoyable and we would definitely recommend it to family and friends.
