This hotel exceeded all my expectations! the spacious rooms with big balconies were a great surprise! the food was amazing and had many options to choose from. the aqua park and the lazy river were so much fun! the kids' world was beyond expectation, offering a green paradise, and many activities to entertain the kids.

The only negative aspect of this hotel was the noise level at night, making it hard to sleep early. there were too many meat dishes on the menu.

The hotel is located in a peaceful area away from the hustle and bustle of shopping centers. In addition to the main restaurant, there is a second restaurant that offers a wider variety of food options. The SPA center is a great place to unwind and relax, while the children's area provides plenty of activities for the little ones. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with well-designed bathrooms. The service is exceptional and the breakfast is delicious. Guests can also enjoy facilities such as the pool, beach, aqua park, and theater.

The live entertainment in the night club was too loud for my taste. this was a minor issue considering everything else that this hotel provided.
