Hotel Plaza Opera exceeded my expectations for the price point. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for two. The location was excellent, walking distance to the heart of the city and convenient for transportation. The staff, including Andrea, Federica, Joshua, and Sergio.

The rooms are clean and modern, and there is a great terrace on the roof for relaxing. The breakfast is good and there is free WiFi that works well. The hotel is also near shopping areas and restaurants, making it convenient for exploring the city.

Additionally, the staff went above and beyond to help me when I had an ankle injury, providing food and supplies for a few days when I needed to rest.

The replacement hotel had a lower standard and was not worth the cost. I ended up paying a penalty fee for staying just one night and felt that the situation could have been handled better.
