Great location, close to supermarkets, beach, and dolmush stop. Quiet at night for peaceful sleep. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Caring host who makes delicious breakfast and BBQ. Extra helpful staff. Thoughtful architecture and balcony arrangement. Wonderful mountain views from the room. Clean and well-provided amenities.

For us, it was ideal.

During my recent stay at Avlu 4, I was impressed by the warm and friendly welcome from the owner. He personally showed me to my room and even brought me coffee as I packed. The location of the apartments was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and nightlife but still peaceful. The room was clean and had everything I needed, including a comfortable bed and powerful shower. The owner went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable and even gave me a box of Turkish delight as a thank you gift when I left. I had a fantastic experience at Avlu 4 and would definitely recommend it.

We had a delightful 9-day family holiday at Avlu 4. Senay and Murat were exceptional hosts, always going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The menu offered a variety of options, from traditional Turkish breakfast to delicious lunches and dinners. Our room with a pool view was comfortable and cleaned regularly. The large pool was well-maintained and perfect for our kids. The hotel's location was ideal, close to restaurants and nightlife. We were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome and the owner's thoughtful gestures throughout our stay. Avlu 4 exceeded our expectations in every way.

Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

What an amazing weekend I had! The hosts were so welcoming and friendly, always happy to help and answer any questions. The room had everything we needed, including a fridge and kettle, which was a nice touch. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from many restaurants and bars, but still quiet enough for a good night's sleep. We especially enjoyed the pool area, which was clean and well-maintained with comfortable sunbeds.

The breakfast was disappointing and not worth the additional cost. Also, the cleaning service wasn't the best, and we had to remind staff to clean our room and provide fresh towels. Despite these minor issues, we still had a great stay and would definitely return for the friendly hosts and convenient location.

Our stay at Avlu 4 Aparthotel was fantastic. Mr Murat was incredibly helpful, and the room was spacious with two balconies offering stunning mountain views. The location was perfect, with easy access to markets and the beach. The pool was clean and not too crowded. We had a great experience and would definitely visit again.
