The staff was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and friendly. The hotel exudes old world charm and is located in the heart of the downtown area with easy access to shopping. The breakfast selection was wide and the rooms were clean and well-equipped. The internet connection was excellent.

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The location was ideal, as it was close to many mosques and just a short walk from the tram station on the main road. The service was impeccable, with room service, car hire, and dry cleaning available. The staff were always eager to help and the service was top-notch. The room amenities were excellent, with ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. We also appreciated the turndown service and the sitting area in the room. The restaurant provided a delicious buffet breakfast and the bar/lounge area was a great place to relax after a long day. The staff, especially the front desk manager, were always ready to assist and the overall experience was wonderful.

I had a wonderful stay at Balin Boutique Hotel. The location was excellent, within walking distance of all the major attractions in the old part of the city. The hotel is also conveniently located near the tram system, making it easy to explore the rest of Istanbul. The service at the hotel was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff who made sure I had everything I needed. The Turkish character of the property added to the charm, especially the open-air bar overlooking the cobblestoned street. The room itself was comfortable and spacious, with Turkish-themed decor. The breakfast offered a variety of choices, both traditional Turkish dishes and standard western fare. I highly recommend Balin Boutique Hotel for a great Istanbul experience.
